The Park West Gallery volunteer crew hit the road and headed to downtown Detroit to complete the eighth consecutive week of the Park West CARES goodwill initiative. On Friday, September 10, Park West CARES brought dozens of clothing items to Open Door Rescue Mission Ministries.
“It’s great to be part of an initiative that continues to provide for so many in need,” said Park West Executive Vice President of Sales Stoney Goldstein. “At the end of the day, it is organizations like the Open Door Rescue Mission that change lives forever. Like Open Door, Park West Gallery has been a staple in the Detroit area for a very long time. Our Park West Cares program has already helped eight organizations this year, and we will continue to assist non-profits both locally and nationally in fulfilling their missions.”
The ODRM of Detroit provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, daily meals, spiritual development and clothing distribution to the community at large as well as to those people who are suffering hardship. To learn more, visit www.opendoorrescuemission.com.
