On Tuesday, September 28, 2010, Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson honored citizens for improving the quality of life of other people during his 18th Annual Quality People, Quality County Breakfast. Albert Scaglione, owner of Park West Gallery, was one of the recipients and he recently talked with WWJ Newsradio’s Rob Sanford.
